Wow have things gotten crazy for me the last couple of months.  I recently finished an Undead king in a cavern.  It was fun to create and it was part of Warboss Tae's October challenge!  The stuff people posted of their projects were incredible.

On a different note, I made two..no make that 3 new friends from the YouTube community.  Sue and Bill foreman and Nick Whitney.  Each person is truly a wonderful human being and talented in their own ways.  Bill is the owner and artist from his company, Terrainaholic.  Sue is his faithful wife and very own minion!  LOL  The two of them are awesome to talk to and very cool people.  I recently helped him create his website which, if i do say so myself, is FABULOUS!!  You can find it here at www.terrainaholic.com.  Also have been dealing and talking with a equally talented guy Nick...he has a great story that has us hobbyists scratching our heads saying..."damn that's a great idea!!  Why didn't I THINK OF THAT!!"  He has combined his skills working with CAD programs and has a machine that cuts out any design his puts into the program.  I'm telling you his first project knocked me over.

He can be found online as well at www.modestmagic.com.  Tell them Sir Lathan sent ya if you happen to contact them.  As for personal stuff.  I am doing up a squad of Ork Nobz that will be soon up for sale at MY website...www.sirlathansstudio.webs.com.  I have so much more to chat to you all about but its time to head back to work.  Be safe all and we'll talk soon.

Well its been a pretty busy couple of weeks.   First of all i finished my biggest project to date.  A diorama of Orcs and Space Marines Scouts.  I think it came out great, and what makes it cool is that the figures are placed in positions by posts under their feet,  It was also my first try at water effects and trees.  Both of which I think are pretty good.  Here are a few pics of this project

I then joined the cause with Warboss Tae who had his June project of painting up an Army in a month.  I chose to wipe off the boxes of my Space Marines and paint them up in a camo scheme.  I will also be using the Army in Girlpainting's challeng of making up a chapter.  So the SM army shall be called the Crimson Guards.  Here is a sneak peek:

I got tons more it the works including this...

SO COME BACK AND KEEP CHECKING ON MY STUFF.  Til the next time folks
